If you are looking for the best in terms of service levels then Sandy Lane is it! Sandy Lane is a world-class hotel with excellent facilities and standards of service. Just stepping out of the car at the entrance and you already feel like a VIP. I noticed just how slick the service was on arrival. I was taken to my room for the in-room check-in and my bag had already made it there. While I was having dinner with the resident manager, Eric Mapp, I mentioned that I like Jasmine tea and that there were none in the room. After dinner, I left the manager and headed straight to my room to find some Jasmine tea had been delivered. Its these little touches that make Sandy Lane stand out above the rest. And where do you start with the rooms? Everything is state-of-the-art; huge plasma screens with built-in internet connection, remote controlled lights and curtains and the most luxurious bathrooms with fluffy white towels, marble floors and a shower that has shower heads coming out at all heights and angles. The rooms are not over the top but discreetly plush. The facilities are second to none - gourmet cuisine, a beautiful spa, a full scale tennis centre, golf and one of the best childrens clubs on the island. But a hotel with such great service and facilities comes with a hefty price-tag! In my opinion, Sandy Lane is a luxurious and prestigious hotel suitable for couples as well as families.
