Description
The Royal Pavilion is located on half a mile of white, sandy beach on the infamous West Coast of Barbados, on an 11-acre estate in the parish of St. James.
The 72 deluxe ocean front rooms are tastefully decorated in a relaxed Caribbean style, and modelled on magnificent ocean vistas, each room with its own private terrace or balcony. The architecture and interior design reflects the rich heritage of Barbados, taking inspiration from a typical Barbadian plantation home, with hardwood floors, muted interior tones and traditional furnishings.
The resort offers guests two fantastic dining options at Palm Terrace and Café Taboras serving a mouthwatering combination of contemporary flair with Michelin starred expertise using only the finest local ingredients. Other facilities include the spa offering a full range of spa services, including body scrubs, facials, and a range of alternative therapies all in the comfort of your own room.
Ocean swimming is on your doorstep and the hotel also has access to a health club/spa and a nearby golf course. There are two tennis courts and an outdoor freshwater swimming pool on-site. The hotel offers a range of complimentary non-motorised water sports and the concierge are happy to arrange off-site activities ideal for couples and families including an array of motorized water sports, scuba diving and deep-sea fishing.
