Description
Situated on the finest stretch of Barbados’ Platinum (West) Coast, Colony Club is timeless retreat restored from a former private Colonial Club. The resort is set among spacious tropical gardens that reach down to the white sands of Barbados and the calm blue sea, a mere 20 minutes away from Bridgetown, the island's capital.
The 96 rooms and suites are housed in charming whitewashed buildings with wicker furnishings and wooden ceilings that create a colonial feel. All rooms and suites have a private balcony or patio, spacious marble bathrooms with bath or shower, iPod docking stations, mini fridge, flat screen TV with cable TV, in-room safe, air-conditioning and tea and coffee making facilities.
There are two restaurants where you can enjoy Barbadian and international cuisine in alfresco settings and there is a charming bar for those pre-dinner Caribbean cocktails.
Activities include complimentary water sports from sailing to water skiing, tennis and use of the extensive gym facilities. Play a round of golf on one of the Barbados' world class golf courses or indulge in a massage at the resort's spa to relax and unwind.
