Description
Auberge Clermont is a small wine farm situated just on the outskirts of Franschhoek. There are just six bedrooms, each individually decorated in the colours of rural Provence. Loft rooms are light and stylish with superb views. Some rooms overlook the orchards and majestic mountains beyond. The bathrooms have separate showers, double basins and heated towel rails. Under floor heating and ceiling fans ensure year round comfort. The deliciously romantic honeymoon suite has a giant bathtub, double showers and a huge double bed beneath a hand painted ceiling of clouds and birds.
In addition, there is an historic self-catering two-bedroom villa. Enjoy this secluded, beautifully appointed old cape farmhouse with large covered terrace and private swimming pool overlooking the plum orchard and vineyards. The villa includes a large loft room with bathroom – ideal for children.
A tennis court and swimming pool are great for summer fun and you can also go horse riding, play a round of golf on the Jack Nicklaus signature golf course, or why not visit one of the many boutique wineries for some wine tasting.

Auberge Clermont offers 6 Rooms and 1 Villa sleeping 4 guests. All our rooms are equipped with satellite TV, telephones, under floor heating, ceiling fans, heated towel rails, minibars and coffee / tea making facilities. The honeymoon suite and loft rooms also have air conditioning.
Childcare
Children are welcome but there are no specific facilities except babysitting which is available on request.
Attractions kids will love in the Winelands area include Bugz Play Park, the Franschhoek Motor Museum, Stellenbosch Botanical Gardens, the Stellenbosch Toy and Miniature Museum and for a chance to see some of South Africa's abundant wildlife, the Giraffe House, the Cheetah Outreach Facility and Eagle Encounters.

Facilities at the guesthouse include a swimming pool and tennis court. Delicious Provencal breakfasts are served under the 18th century oak trees or in the charming courtyard dining room.
Activities
The guesthouse offers complimentary use of the swimming pool and the tennis court. Picnics on the farm are charged additionally. You can also visit local vineyards and sample the delights of the Western Cape's award winning wines.
