Molori Clifton is Kirk Lazarus' second creation in South Africa after the fabulous Molori Safari Lodge in the Madikwe Game Reserve. This overtly luxurious villa is perched above one of Cape Town's most beautiful beaches - Clifton Beach. Molori Clifton has raised the bar in Cape Town and redefined luxury as we know it.
Molori Clifton comprises three extraordinary villas located side by side. each with its own private entrance. Combining unparalleled design, comfort and originality, Molori Clifton evokes the feeling of a luxurious home, each suite is individually designed with distinct furnishings, state-of-the-art amenities and unique artefacts sourced from all over the world.
Spanning three levels, Molori Clifton's stunning six-suite The Clifton accommodates up to 12 guests. The top floor is home to two guest suites and the presidential suite which features wrap-around retractable glass walls showcasing the incredible surrounding sights – including the Atlantic coastline and Twelve Apostles mountain range. There is also a spa with a steam room large enough for all 12 guests, a fully equipped gym and cinema room.
The Beach House, also spanning three levels, with three suites sleeps up to 6 guests. With its own wraparound deck, infinity pool as well as a six person jacuzzi and cinema room The Beach House is perfect for smaller groups.
The Villa Suite also has three rooms sleeping up to 6 guests and is connected by private foyer to The Beach House. On just the one level the Villa Suite has two beautiful balconies with a jacuzzi, daybeds and loungers.
Although The Beach House and Villa Suite have their own private entrances, for larger parties they can be taken together to offer accommodation for 12 guests.
Accommodation
The villas at Molori boast incredible suites all with well appointed en-suite bathrooms featuring bathtubs of varying size from large to huge, rain showers, and his and hers sinks. All rooms have stunning views of either the sea or the mountain, and with retractable glass doors a real feeling of space prevails. They also all feature individual ipod docking stations and ipads.
Facilities
The Clifton has a modern spa with steam room, a fully equipped 24 hour gym, a cinema room, wraparound infinity pool and sunbathing deck with outdoor fireplace and BBQ area.
The Beach House has a 6-person jacuzzi, cinema room, wraparound infinity pool and sunbathing deck with outdoor fireplace and spa treatment room.
The Villa Suite has two balconies with a jacuzzi, daybeds and loungers and a spa treatment room.
Services
All Villas come with a full team of staff including chefs, housekeeping, spa therapists and a concierge desk who are at hand to arrange for you any activities you may wish to do.
The Clifton also includes a chauffeur service.
When to travel
Year-round destination. The summers are generally warm and dry, while winters tend to be wet and cool, the rains brought on by fierce north westerly gales. Neither season experiences extremes of temperature, thanks to prevailing winds. Summer (Nov-Mar) is the hottest with temperatures 20-40°C. Mid season (Apr, May, Sep, Oct) temps between 10-30°C. Winter (from June- Aug) is the low season with temps 0-25°C.

How to get there
11-hours 50-minute British Airways flight from London Heathrow to Cape Town International Airport. The airport is approximately a 35-minute drive from the hotel; transfers can be arrange by Molori Clifton, or there are plenty of taxis in and around the airport.
