Quirimbas and the north coast

To the far north of Mozambique, just a 2 hour flight from Dar es Salaam, lies the Quirimbas Archipelago, made up of 34 tropical islands scattered amongst the warm waters of the Indian Ocean. You’ll find a handful of barefoot luxury lodges and unspoilt beaches here, reached by light aircraft and boat from the mainland. The coast is rich in coral and fish - superb for both scuba diving and big game fishing. We suggest combining a stay here with a safari on mainland Mozambique in the Niassa Reserve.
