The hotel was beautiful, it looked better in real life than in the photo's online. Our room (on stilts) was so lovely, complete with champagne and macaroon's on arrival that I cried! It was gorgeous. Our welcome was exactly what we needed after a long flight - ice cold towels, ice cold water and a professional, capable representative. I was delighted that we walked out of the airport, straight to our very nice car with a helpful driver. ZG Aug 11
