The Position
From our teams, we expect an attitude whereby “Nothing is too much trouble”. You will be expected to fulfil the following responsibilities:- !Ensure that all our guests benefit from the highest possible of “Scott Dunn” service.
- To assist in preparing breakfast, afternoon tea, canapés and a four course evening dinner.
- Prepare and serve full breakfast once a week (on chef’s day off).
- To serve and clear breakfast and dinner.
- Ensure that tables are suitably laid at breakfast, tea and dinner.
- Ensure that the chalet is always clean and tidy. This includes making beds, hoovering, cleaning bathrooms, sitting rooms, dining area and kitchen.
- Clear rubbish from the chalet daily.
- Stock the chalet with wine, beer and mixers daily.

Essential qualifications and requirements
- Previous hospitality experience
- Relevant customer service experience
- Experience in waitressing or house keeping
- Minimum two years work experience within quality establishments
