Administration Manager
The Administration Manager is a central role to the overall success of a winter resort. The role involves all aspects of resort administration such as bookkeeping, stock control, office management, supplier relationships and placing orders.
The role is mainly office based and the successful applicant will work with the other managers to ensure that the SD resort operation is fully supplied and serviced, all monies are correctly accounted for and suppliers are paid on time.
The Administration Manager is an integral part of a service oriented product and may also be called on to help ensure guests and staff are looked after to the highest standards.
The Position
From our teams, we expect an attitude whereby “Nothing is too much trouble”. You will be expected to fulfil the following responsibilities:- Ensure that all our guests benefit from the highest possible level of “Scott Dunn” service
- Help other managers ensure that orders are placed, supplies are restocked and that vehicles and properties are maintained appropriately
- Fulfil all requirements for budgets and petty cash. Pay supplier bills and account for all SD receipts and expenses in resort
- Maintain and develop good relations with all existing or new suppliers and contractors both in and out of resort
- Plan and arrange the transfer of guests to and from the airport
- Liaise closely with UK offices to ensure complete communication of information
- Work as part of a small and focused in-resort management team
- Complete, accurately and efficiently, all paperwork and administrative duties as and when necessary to ensure effective running of the resort
- Ensure that relevant members of the team carry out all resort administration according to Scott Dunn standards quickly and efficiently

Essential Qualifications/ requirements
- Basic accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Previous experience of winter seasons preferable
- Computer literacy
- Fluency in French or German
- Full driving licence
