The magnificent Plettenberg Hotel is a 19th century mansion originally belonging to the famous Thesen family of logging fame in Knysna. The hotel was rebuilt in the early 1960’s and again in the late 80’s, to provide exclusive accommodation for the most discerning of travellers.
