Soneva Gili is an over-water resort which combines barefoot luxury with sophistication.

Soneva Gili was the first all over-water villa resort in the Maldives and continues to lead the way with its palatial villas-on-stilts. Some of the villas at Soneva Gili are accessed by walkways, others can only be accessed by boat. All villas at Soneva Gili are totally private and stylishly furnished using natural materials and fabrics. Every suite has a large living room, complete with day beds and chess/backgammon tables to while away the days. The bathrooms are extremely spacious with an open-air walkway to a separate shower and have steps down to your own private swimming area.
