Sindabezi Island

Sindabezi is a private island paradise nestled in the waters of the Zambezi River, upstream for the Victoria Falls. The camp has just five open-fronted thatched cottages, all with stunning private river views.

Sindabezi is a haven of natural tranquillity and provides superb views over the flood plain and an opportunity to see wildlife in the surrounding national park. There is an open-plan central lounge and bar area, and most meals are enjoyed under the stars. The unique design of the five cottages allows close-up encounters with all the sights and sounds of the river and the creatures who live in and around it. Other cottage facilities include a sun deck, outside heated shower, canopied bed and “loo with a view.”

Guests can enjoy lazy days, or indulge themselves in numerous activities including fishing, canoeing, island walks, picnics, bird watching, game viewing, tours of the Victoria Falls, star gazing and white water rafting.
