Samode Haveli is a 150-year-old merchant’s house located within the old walled city of Jaipur. Originally built by Rawal Sheo Singh, a Prime Minister in the royal court, the house and gardens have been intimately restored. The hotel has twenty-nine rooms each of them different, ranging from elegantly furnished suites to uncomplicated double rooms. There is a charming dining room, which serves traditional Indian food. There are a number of courtyards leading to stunning gardens, which contain a swimming pool surrounded by large Thai style day beds. There is also a spa offering traditional Ayurvedic treatments, a steam room and a gym.
