Quinta Varzea is a luxury villa, sleeping 14, with stunning panoramic views over the countryside. It is located just a 25 minute drive from Faro airport and a 10 minute drive from the beach.

Quinta Varzea is set on a hillside in the Vale du Judeu area, about 6km from the market town of Almancil. This stunning villa has spectacular views over the country side, dotted with villas and farmland, towards the coast.

The villa is surrounded by terraces, with an infinity pool at the centre, dropping down to the lawn below. At the front of the house, overlooking the fabulous pool area, there is a covered dining and sitting terrace area.

Throughout the interior of the villa there is a real feeling of space and light due to the many French windows. The master bedroom and sitting room occupy opposite wings of the house on the ground floor, both with access onto the pool terrace. There are three additional bedrooms on this level all leading off the main hall. A double and twin share a bathroom, which works well for families with younger children and a further double with ensuite bathroom. On the lower ground floor there are a further three twin bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a large playroom equipped with a plasma screen television. The tennis court is behind the house.

• Children at Quinta da Varzea Children welcome. During 25 May and 21 June ther are 2 nannies at villa, cots, highchairs and car seats all available on request. Nappies and wipes can be pre purchased.
• Facilities Swimming pool (12 x 6m, 1 - 2.5m deep), tennis court, barbecue, satellite television (basic channels), DVD, video, stereo, telephone, fax, selection of games and books

• Weather Mediterranean climate - generally hot and dry from June to September. Slightly more varied in May. Can be windy during the afternoon.
