Le Saint Geran is a beautifully designed luxury hotel on a peninsular on the east coast of Mauritius, with the Indian Ocean on one side and a sheltered lagoon on the other. The 175 bedrooms are well appointed with hand carved furnishings, marble floors and a balcony or terrace overlooking the sea or the lagoon. The hotel has its own 9-hole par 33 course designed by Gary Player. There are three restaurants including the infamous ‘Spoon de Illes’, plus a full bar service on the beach and at the clubhouse. All manner of water sports are available including water skiing, Hobie Cats, laser sails, canoes, snorkelling and windsurfing. Big game fishing and scuba diving are also available at a charge.
