La Perriere is a typical Provencal style villa in an exclusive location, just 2km outside the charming medieval village of St Paul de Vence. The villa can sleep 6.

La Perriere is a pretty villa close to the charming medieval village of St Paul, a haven of cobbled streets, classic French houses and art galleries. It is situated within a secure gated estate, about 20km inland, in typical Provencal countryside and is approached by a steep hill. Although it is peaceful, there are other villas to the side, above and below La Perriere, due to the nature of the residential estate. The villa is about a 30 minute drive from Nice and the coast, although this journey can take longer in the height of the summer.

The villa has a large infinity pool at the front of the house and is surrounded by a terraced garden made up of smaller areas, rich in colourful and heavily scented Meditteranean plants.

The large terrace overlooks this area and whilst dining here or lazing in the pool, you can enjoy the beautiful views over the Riviera and out to the sea in the distance.

The villa is spacious and airy with a large open plan sitting and dining room and three ensuite bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has its own balcony and the 2nd double bedroom has access out onto a terrace at the back of the house. The use of simple furnishings and pastel colours, help create that traditional Provencal ambience.

• Getting there 1.5hr international flight from London to Nice, 30min drive to villa from airport.
• Children Children welcome, 1 nanny at the villa, car seats, high chairs and car seats available on request. Nappies and wipes can be pre purchased. Please note the garden is terraced and the property has an infinity swimming pool.
