L’Avenida

L’Avenida Hotel is located on the dramatic west coast of Mallorca in the vibrant town of Soller, surrounded by the spectacular Sierra Tramuntana.

The hotel is set within a classical 100-year old mansion and situated just 5 minutes from the town’s main square, and only a short 25 minute drive away from Palma. The nearest sandy beach is only a 10 minute tram-ride away.

L’Avenida Hotel was renovated during 2006. The 8 luxury rooms and suites are elegant and impeccably chic – sumptuous interiors, funky bathrooms and many have wonderful views of the surrounding mountains.

Guests can cool off in the pool set within the secluded courtyard gardens or relax under the shady gazebo. L’Avenida Bistro serves modern Mediterranean cuisine in the main restaurant or alfresco by the pool during warmer months. Sip pre-dinner drinks on the terrace of the Lounge Bar or head to the intimate Bodega Bar to sample the hotel’s extensive wine collection.

The area around Soller is a fantastic destination for walking, cycling, or simply unwinding on the beach. Local yacht charter can be arranged with beach paella or a champagne picnic, as can guided vineyard and gourmet market tours.

• Getting there 2hrs 15mins flight to Palma followed by a further 25 minute drive.
• Children Children under 14yrs are not allowed unless the whole hotel is taken over as a ‘villa’ by a family group. Facilities include high tea and children’s menu, baby listening devices, pool toys, dvd collection, cot and high chair facilities.
