Kicheche Mara Camp

Kicheche Mara Camp is situated on the Aitong Plains of the famous Maasai Mara Game Reserve and is a classic, intimate bush camp with its 11 safari tents. This camp is perfect for guests looking for a pure wilderness experience.

Hidden in a grove of wild olive trees in the heart of a prime wildlife area, the 11 safari tents at Kicheche Mara Camp have been designed to have minimal impact on the local environment. The simple but comfortable safari tents are carefully positioned so that they blend into the surrounding bush, and numerous animals wander through the camp totally unperturbed.

The central lounge of the camp is made up of spacious Nyati tents that house a library and an area ideal for relaxing. Most meals are taken alfresco, overlooking the plains, and the food is a combination of African and international dishes. As well as enjoying the sensational scenery, game viewing is the focal point of a stay at Kicheche and activities include game drives and guided walking safaris.
