Kanana is a hidden jewel set on the Xudum River in the southwest Okavango. At Kanana Camp guests are accommodated in eight spacious, twin-bedded Meru-style tents, set on raised teak decks, offering breathtaking views across the waterways.

Kanana Camp is set deep in the Delta amongst grass covered islands formed by fertile eroded termite hills dotted with fig, palm and other trees providing shade and a look out for predators to spot their prey on the flood plain. The Kanana tract encompasses a necklace of islands on the Xudum River.

The dining and sitting areas are raised on decking encircling a massive fig tree. Professionally managed menus offer excellent meals. The lodge also has a plunge pool in which to cool off.

Kanana is a land and water camp with game activities that include game drives conducted in open game-viewing vehicles, mokoro trips, power boating, sunset cruises and game walks.
