Sloping down the ridge, just north of Almora and overlooking an impressive Himalayan vista, Kalmatia Sangam offers a number of comfortable colonial influenced cottages.
Kalmatia Sangam dates from 1867 when Captain Jackson erected a colonial house when he discovered the stunning beauty of the views.
All 10 cottages are slightly different and are furnished very comfortably. Most have both sleeping and living areas with terraces overlooking the mountains. The hotel has a restaurant offering good freshly prepared local food. The spa offers yoga, meditation, aroma massage and the services of a reflexologist
