Josefa is the newest addition to the Mallorcan villa portfolio. It has been built to resemble a Spanish manor house with beautiful lawned gardens. Sleeps up to 8.

Josefa is one of 4 properties on the Can Totxa estate built by the same architect and with its own private access. The use of local stone and materials has been incorporated throughout the design creating a traditional Mallorcan finca of the finest quality. This theme continues inside with the use of terracotta tiles and warm Spanish colours typical of a Spanish manor house. There are ample terraces both open and covered to enjoy the wonderful outdoors with views of the surrounding mountains. The garden is surrounded by a pretty stone wall enclosing the swimming pool and a lovely lawn area making it very child friendly.

Being so close to Can Totxa and Las Palmeras also makes these properties ideal for families or large groups wanting to holiday together.

Guide price £7495For the villa in low season. In addtion, adult food and drinks is £195 per person and child food and drinks is £100 per person. These weekly prices include accommodation with a nanny, chef and host who provide all meals for 5.5 days per week.
