Can Totxa

Can Totxa has been built to resemble a traditional Mallorcan finca, yet inside it is very modern and minimalist. It can sleep 8 and is 2km from the old town of Pollenca.

Can Totxa has been built recently in a classic Mallorcan farmhouse style, and the use of local stone and traditional design is evident from the outside. However, the modern, contemporary interior of the house is in complete contrast to the exterior. Clean, fresh lines and neutral decor create a cool and calm ambience and the open plan design of the kitchen and living area creates a feeling of spaciousness.

On the ground floor there is a separate TV room, which we use as a playroom. There is also 1 twin bedroom with a seperate bathroom on this level and 3 double bedrooms all with ensuite shower rooms upstairs.

The house sits within an country estate that goes by the same name and there are 4 other luxury villas within this area. There is a small hill behind the house covered in evergreen oaks trees and the rest of the surrounding area is typical Mallorcan countryside. The pool is at the front of the house and is overlooked by a covered terrace. There is a lawn garden and decked area surrounding the pool. To one side of the terrace is a small drop with a flower bed below.

• Staff Chef, host and nanny - 5.5 days per week, maid service 6 days per week.
• Accommodation 1 master bedroom with wet room, 1 double bedroom with ensuite shower room, 1 double bedroom + extra bed with ensuite shower room, 1 twin bedroom with seperate bathroom, open plan kitchen/dining/living area and seperate children’s playroom/TV room.
• Location Pollenca - shops/restaurants/bars - 2km, 5 minutes, Beaches - 6km, 10 minutes, Palma Airport - 70km, 70 minutes.
• Getting there 2.5hr international flight from London to Palma, 1hr drive to the villa from the airport.
• Children Children welcome, 1 nanny at the villa, cots, highchairs and car seats availble on request. Nappies and wipes can be pre purchased.
• Facilities Swimming pool (16.45m x4.85m and 0.95mn - 1.95m deep), barbecue, covered outside dining area, satellite television (basic channels), DVD
• Paid activities Golf, tennis, watersports, horseriding.
• Weather Mediterranean climate - generally very hot and dry from June to September. Slightly more varied in May.
• Other Additional nanny upon request (£380 per week) - subject to availability, laundry facilities - EUR7 per wash.
