Family scuba course in St Lucia

This desert island provides great adventure digs for families with teens. We stayed at Anse Chastanet Resort, a 600-acre jungle property perched on the islands pristine shore with rooms scattered about the lush hillside and the beachfront. It is in the heart of the marine reserves and has the legendary twin peaks, the Pitons, as the dramatic backdrop. This was an incredibly exciting destination for us all, and with an abundance of adventures to tackle I knew everyone would be kept happy.

St Lucia, the Pitons

Located on the southwest coast, this area is dive-certified. If you and your crew have not yet done your PADI course, this is absolutely the time to do it. Take your homework back to Anse Chastanet resort in the evenings to study together round the dinner table. Then make open-water dives the first day at the resort's PADI dive center, one of the best in the Caribbean. Then, lucky for you, as you all progress, the resorts dive boats leave daily to explore the islands top pick of spots. St Lucia was a great family holiday, combining activity with relaxation. A family scuba course was a great way to embark on adventures and spend quality time together. It was unforgettable.
