About me

Over the course of my life I’ve been lucky enough to have travelled to many places in Europe, America and Asia. A lot of time in Europe was spent skiing which is my absolute passion. Having done numerous seasons in Switzerland, Austria, Greece and Canada, turning my knowledge and interest to the travel market was an exciting prospect. Looking after all the corporate trips with Scott Dunn keeps me busy and constantly creating new ideas and itineraries for an increasingly demanding market.

Favourite places I’ve been

St Anton – powder, après-ski, big views, great restaurants
Greek Islands – culture, beauty, incredible beaches and even better people
Canada – watching the sun rise over fresh powder when you’re first on the mountain
South Africa – seeing the big 5 in three days in without a doubt the most stunning country I have ever been to

Travel nuggets

01. Hospiz Alm, St Anton – the best restaurant in the small hamlet of St Christoph. Make sure you use the slide taking you down to the wine cellar! A great reward after you have skied from Zurs all the way over to Lech and then raced back to St Christoph for a late lunch.
02. On a powder day, get the first lift and head up to the top of Valluga and then ski all the way down to Stuben. If the queue is too long or the visibility is bad, head over to Rendl for the trees and empty slopes.
03. While visiting Cape Town, head over to the Harbour House restaurant for lunch in Kalk Bay. See the chefs running out to get the best fish from the fisherman as they come in with their catch, and the seals swimming in the harbour.

My hot picks

01. Chalet Le Rocher, Val d’Isere – it’s big, it’s bold and you won’t fail to enjoy it. It’s by far the most entertaining chalet I have been to. Great for a party and perfect for entertaining, it was built with this in mind.
02. Chalet Chamois, Zermatt – location, location, location. This apartment is right next to the Klein Matterhorn lift and only a short walk into the centre of the village. I love the cosy feeling and the cracking views, but it’s Zermatt so you know you can’t go wrong.  The restaurants on the mountain are superb; you just feel great when you’re there.
