"My first taste of paradise was Barbados."
About me
I’m very excited to have joined Scott Dunn as an oceans and islands specialist. I started my career Front of house at the renowned Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons in Oxford and have since travelled widely around the world, including Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia.
My love of skiing led me to work abroad for a number of seasons in a variety of top European ski resorts, including two seasons in Zermatt as a Chalet Manager. However, Barbados is one of my favourite destinations because it was my first real taste of paradise!
Favourite places I’ve been
Barbados – crystal clear waters, paradise, palm trees, snorkelling, Rum punches
Australia east and west coast – outback, scuba diving, star-gazing, kangaroos
New Zealand – glaciers, wine-tasting, farm stays, luscious green
Malaysia and Perhentian Islands – diving, exotic fish, adventure, different culture
Singapore – humid, noodles, sushi, night zoo, shopping
Kuala Lumpur – Petronas Towers, high-rise, Malaysian curry, shopping, silks
Madeira – Espetada steak, Espada fish, Levada walks, relaxing, Royal Savoy
Rome – romantic, architecture, pasta, stunning, culture
Sardinia, Sorrento – beautiful Italian experience, pizza, culture, Pompeii, wine
Zermatt – Matterhorn, breath-taking, chocolate box town, chic, lunches in mountains
Verbier – Fondu, Mont Fort, après-ski, army ski teams
