Wolli Land makes Zermatt a perfect family destination
People with young children often find it difficult to pick a holiday resort that can keep the whole family entertained.
However, one way to ensure the entire clan has a good time is to book a luxury ski holiday in Zermatt, which has an abundance of facilities that are tailored to suit young skiers, inexperienced adults and seasoned winter sports veterans.
Product and sales manager at Zermatt Tourism Janine Imesch suggested that aside from the 350km of challenging slopes, the Swiss resort has a special park that allows parents and their little ones to learn to ski together.
Wolli Land comes compete with magic carpets and playgrounds so that children do not get bored as they find their feet on the snow for the first time.
They will also get the chance to meet Wolli - a cuddly, black-nose sheep who is the official mascot of Zermatt.
"There are also ski schools, which would love to teach the children how to ski. Wolli … helps families to find their way around," Ms Imesch commented.
