Western Cape's attractions 'are plentiful and varied'
The Western Cape is one of the most sought after destinations among people taking luxury holidays in South Africa thanks to its great diversity.
Tourism chiefs writing for SA-Venues.com believe the attractions on offer throughout the region are "plentiful and varied".
Indeed, the representatives suggested that Cape Town is the epicentre of an incredible country and has fast become one of the finest cities in the world.
As well as beautiful natural points of interest such as the imposing Table Mountain, the tourism leaders believe the city's mix of Edwardian and Victorian buildings, combined with modern state-of-the-art high rise constructions, demonstrate the conurbation's rich history and culture.
They also stated that visitors to Cape Town would never struggle to find something to do, as "elegant malls such as the Victoria Wharf at the V&A Waterfront, antique shops, craft markets, flea markets and art galleries abound".
South Africa's positive reputation continues to grow among tourists and government figures recently showed that 3.7 million travellers entered the country in December alone.
