Ambassador sings the praises of beautiful Tanzania
The US-based ambassador of the United Republic of Tanzania Mwanaidi Maajar believes the African country has plenty to offer to businesspeople and tourists alike.
He suggested that there are many reasons for people to take luxury holidays in Tanzania and the nation is also in a prime location for companies that are looking to invest in new areas.
Mr Maajar has organised a luxury safari for a small group of business executives in July, which will give them a chance to see the beauty of the destination. The ambassador hopes the excursion will encourage global firms to set up new headquarters in the country.
"Tanzania is rich in natural resources and natural wonders, including world-renowned tourist attractions (Serengeti National Park, Mount Kilimanjaro, Ngorongoro Crater and the spice islands of Zanzibar)," he commented.
According to the New York Times, Tanzania will be one of the ultimate places to visit in 2012, thanks mainly to the outstanding safari tours that are available throughout its many reserves and national parks.
