Take in the Zona Maco Mexican Contemporary Art Fair

Mexican artists have a distinct flair that is difficult to find anywhere else in the world and the Central American people are only too keen to show off their impressive work.

Visitors to Mexico City will find a huge array of museums crammed full of sublime pieces of art produced both locally and internationally.

Anybody taking a luxury holiday in Mexico this month will have ample opportunity to cast their eye over some of the most interesting works in the country.

The Zona Maco Mexican Contemporary Art Fair will be held between 18th and 22nd April and art connoisseurs are in for a real treat.

Organisers have confirmed that 95 galleries from around the world will descend on the Mexican capital to display the work of up to 900 artists at the huge Centro Banamex.

Covering 10,000 sq m, the venue will be split into numerous sections, which will make it easier for visitors to navigate their way around the extensive collections from 19 different countries.
