Luxury honeymoon holidays: South African safari holidays are 'awe-filled'

One of the most romantic things to do on a luxury honeymoon holiday is see nature, whether it is an awe-inspiring rock formation or animals in their natural habitat.

Nikki Barr, an author writing on the travel website Trip Ideas, has put forward the opinion that that the country offers many different safari opportunities.

"[Any] fears are put to an awe-filled rest when five wild elephants … wander out of the trees and walk straight across the track in front our vehicle. 'Majestic' doesn't quite cut it," she said.

"Apparently the herd have been watching us and moving around behind us and around us to try and remain out of sight … and [our guide] is still set on finding us a leopard."
