Mexico a 'great' destination for luxury holidays

Mexico has 'a lot to offer' all different types of traveller, including people planning luxury tailor made holidays, as there is an abundance of things to do in the Central American country.

That is according to Visit Mexico, which is an organisation that attempts to promote tourism in the nation. On its website, the group suggested that everyone from the architecture enthusiast to those who like to luxuriate on a beach

"Mexico is a great destination and has a lot to offer to travellers," the organisation noted on its website.

"Whether you decide to visit the beautiful beaches famous around the world, historical cities from the time of the Spanish colony and archaeological sites of cultures such as the Maya, Olmeca and Azteca … you will enjoy Mexico holidays any time of the year."

One of the most popular beaches in Mexico is Xpu-Ha, which is located on what is known as the Mexican Riviera.
