Children 'thrilled' with snorkelling in Mauritius
Mauritius is a popular destination for newlyweds and wedding-anniversary couples but it is also a great location for luxury family holidays.
Writing in the Sun Ingo Hippisley revealed what a wonderful time he, his wife and their two children had on their luxury family holiday in Mauritius.
The resort they stayed in provided them with the ultimate luxury experience, while the island itself was the epitome of paradise.
Among the activities they enjoyed were boat tours of the Ile Aux Aigrettes nature reserve and snorkelling in the Blue Bay marine park, which his young children aged seven and three particularly enjoyed.
"The kaleidoscopic views of brightly-coloured fish were as magical as the sight from our jet at the end of our [holiday] as we left Mauritius. Paradise lost!" Mr Hippisley concluded.
Those planning luxury family holidays to Mauritius in the near future may wish to stay at the recently refurbished Heritage Le Telfair Golf and Spa Resort, which now boasts a new spa facility in addition to its other five-star luxury offerings.
