Summer season jobs

Our beautiful villas in Portugal and Mallorca, each with a private pool, provide guests with a luxurious home-from-home where they don't have to lift a finger. Our exclusive children's clubs in the Algarve, Crete and Portugal are also renowned for their superb childcare staff.

That's where you come in: villa hosts are there to make sure guests have everything they need, serve meals and maintain the villa. Each chalet also comes with a private chef to prepare full-board tailored, gourmet dining using local ingredients, and private nannies are on hand to provide professional childcare for our guests. All these positions are available to apply for, as well as the role of villa manager.

Staff are accommodated in apartments close to the villas and children's clubs. You have access to a car, so you will have the chance to explore your surrounding areas and make the most of your time in the sunshine. As such, you'll need a driving licence and be confident about negotiating your way around the area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for people who are used to the seasonal lifestyle, and are looking for a unit to run on their own. We welcome couples and talented individuals who can work as a team, with support provided from the London office.
